By accessing and using Swingr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Swingr. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit prohibited content (illegal, harassing, threatening, or obscene material)
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in any form of harassment or abuse toward other users
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Swingr. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and providing the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Safety and Conduct

Users must follow our Community Guidelines and Safety Tips. Swingr is not responsible for the conduct of users off the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swingr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date.
